Bacon Drippings

We scoured the planet before finding an amazing bacon flavour. The fumes from real cooking bacon are trapped, condensed and dehydrated to create the world’s most expensive and authentic bacon flavour. Our Bacon Drippings are made from a secret process that infuses the rich flavour and heat from fresh fire-roasted peppers and garlic with this bacon flavour. 
Just a pinch added to scallops makes them taste bacon wrapped. Popcorn seasoning, roasted nuts....
Add to sour cream and mayo for a great dip.
When we released it this summer it became an instant hit and we struggle to make enough!
